How long does shipping take?

All our electronic and technology products have a 1 year warranty.
THE TRACKER – How can I track my order?
We will inform you via Mail as soon as your order leaves our production. Enclosed you will find your tracking number as well as your tracking link to follow up on your parcel. Be aware that we can only provide you tracking information if you have chosen the corresponding shipping option.
My parcel has not arrived yet, what can I do? – Relax
Obviously we understand that you can’t wait for your NEST product to arrive! Here is what you can do in order to follow up on your order:
If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, check the link and look out for your estimated delivery date. Maybe you are just impatient and the package is supposed to arrive anytime soon?
Due to the tracking link my parcel should have arrived a few days ago!
MOVE! Easiest and fastest thing to do: Write down your tracking number and contact your local post office (This is not your 4 diget NEST order number. You will find the tracking number within the mailing we have sent you to confirm the shipping of your order) Maybe your NEST product is there waiting for you?

The tracking indicates a „failed delivery attempt“ – What can I do? – Show yourself!
This means that the currier could not find you! Normally they will try to deliver again before the parcel gets sent back to its origin. We advice you to take the initative and check with your local post office yourself. It is likely that you will find your parcel there waiting for you and you can avoid a back and forth.

CONTROLFREAK: The tracking link does not show my entire delivery address?
Do not worry about that, the tracking link only shows a part of the address. Important ist hat you have filled in our entire address once you have placed the order in your NEST account!
I have finally chosen my product but I can not proceed my Paypal Transaction?
What a bummer! We recommend you to check your paypal details. It could be something simple such as a new bank card that has arrived and needs to be registered? Check it out & good luck!

Good news, you can order our products to any place in the world as long as you provide us a valid address.
CUSTOM FEES SUCK!
I received my NEST product but had to pay extra due to custom fees. Do I need to pay those extra fees?Unfortunately yes, we are sorry for the customs charge but please understand that there is nothing we can do about this. NEST would prefer a borderless world too.
